I'll be honest — I walked into Dharma Bowl expecting another precious, unsatisfying health food cafe. I was wrong. The grain bowls here are genuinely filling and genuinely delicious, with combinations like roasted sweet potato, black rice, pickled onion, and that legendary turmeric-tahini dressing.
The cold-pressed juices taste like they were made seconds ago (they practically were), and the smoothie bowls have an actual chef's touch — proper texture, balanced sweetness, thoughtful toppings.
Is it going to blow your mind like a tasting menu? No. But for everyday healthy eating that you actually look forward to, Dharma Bowl is best in class. I eat here twice a week and haven't gotten bored yet.
